Meet our Founder & Host

Kristie S. Andrews, PhD(c), MBA, FACHE, SHRM-SCP, CPXP, CLC, CDP

Founder & Host, Women's Health & Self-Advocacy Summit
Founder & CEO, Coach KSA Coaching & Consulting, LLC

Kristie S. Andrews, affectionately known as Coach KSA, spent her highly successful career helping leaders develop strategically, navigate healthcare systems, transform culture, improve employee retention, improve patient experiences, and achieve business results. Yet nothing prepared her for her own diagnosis.

That experience changed everything!

Kristie realized that many women spend years showing up for their families, their careers, and everyone who depends on them, often placing their own health at the bottom of the priority list. Too often, we delay seeking care, convince ourselves that symptoms can wait, or don't realize we should ask more questions because we believe, "It couldn't happen to me." She made a promise that if sharing her story could inspire even one woman to prioritize her health, schedule that appointment, ask one more question, seek a second opinion, gain clarity about her condition, or confidently advocate for herself, then her journey would have a greater purpose. Today, that purpose continues to inspire!

That purpose became the Women's Health & Self-Advocacy Summit. What began as a conference is now a movement. Knowledge saves lives, but Confidence changes lives.

Kristie believes that women need to be educated, empowered, and encouraged to take control of their physical, mental, and emotional health.

"I want to give women hope."- Coach KSA
